Not quite into February and Cork is showing plenty of signs that spring is on the way; the first daffodil trumpet stands proud in the front garden while the first of the crocuses is a bulb waiting to explode in the rear garden. The promise of glorious colour is here.
First trumpet Golden Bulb Shaded Primrose Sun Seeker Spring has Sprung
The sun is now providing sufficient warmth for the hound to once again lie out in the back garden, taking it all in. Harry Hound is not far off nine years old now, but only today we were once again asked the age of our puppy. Keep it up fella!
In the Spotlight Head Scratch
He really did manage to get himself right in the centre of the sun’s spotlight.
So hope the colour and joy of spring is breaking forth in your world.
Stay safe. MM☘️
We are still waiting for any sign of spring. Thanks for sharing your photos with us.

Signs of spring won’t happen here for months! Lovely images, as always. And The Hound is looking fabulous!

It is very temperate round these parts, no real heat in summer but no serious cold in winter. If it’s rain you are after we have plenty.☘️

Our front garden only has these two right now and the shadier back garden has only the promise of flowers to come. Last winter the first daffodils were out before Christmas 😳
