Coastguard Beach

As the temperatures start to bring a bit of frost round these parts I thought I would hark back to the summer and a trip to Cape Cod.

Knowing the proportions of the header image can vary according to the device being used, I include below a second  image with, in my view, a much more effective crop and one that I have control over.

The actual image was taken at Coastguard beach near Eastham on Cape Cod.

Hope this brings back good summer memories for others too.

    1. Thanks Lenscaper, behind us were alot more people but it was still quite quiet. I think the couple help to emphasise the vastness of the ocean and the long stretch of beach. Trust your day is good, John / MM 🍀

      1. I loved the gull in the foreground, John, that loomed large in comparison to the people. It’s wet over here, but fine weather promised tomorrow, so off down to the South Coast. Andy aka LensScaper

      2. Yeah, I thought the gull added a good bit to the foreground, particularly on the banner image where is back flip of the leg almost makes him look comical. Have a great trip to the south coast Andy, John
