For my thrird entry on the wall challenge I just felt I had to go back to Guido Van Helten. This Australian artist has decorated a number of walls with his fabulous artwork.
The walls provide the ultimate large canvas for his work. All samples here are from Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland.
Once more, I hope you enjoy seeing these images. I certainly enjoyed revisiting his work.

Absolutely!! I used to do a lot of portraiture in oils and these have that same quality to them. I purposefully kept away from street art for the challenge as I thought it might predominate, but this is on a completely different level 🙂

I remember those from your original Iceland posts John, and was amazed then. When the theme of walls comes up, you just can’t bypass these! Brilliant.
