This weekend the clocks go back in Ireland, which means we get an extra hour on the Sunday. Fabulous. The down side is that the evenings really will be cut short, very short.
So tying in with the the “Back in Time” theme, I thought I would post an image that was only taken the other day, but almost looks like that of yesteryear – “Back in Time”.

Wow, a whole extra hour. Bliss. ๐
I was on that street a month ago!! The weather was on the sunny side!! Great photo!!

So funny – I just did my most recent post by going back in time 100 yrs and using B&W photograph to underline the theme! I am not looking forward to early darkness either…

Almost…..but digital bus timetable on the bus stop gives it away! City of Finbar looks nice in the rain, hope the Hound enjoyed it too

Almost is exactly it. If you look carefully there are plenty of clues as to how modern this is, the shop logos etc…..

Oh gosh, I’m glad I saw this. I was thinking it was this weekend in the US, but your other commenters know better ๐ Love the pic!

Next week for us to get that extra hour in the states! Bliss is a great word for it, but then the darkness comes earlier in the day. Nice thing about retirement though is that I don’t have to come home from work in the dark. Lovely photo!

We have one more week to go here in the states. I immediately love the extra hour until I leave work and it’s dark ๐ฆ

We wait till November 2nd in the US to join you, at least those parts that observe DST I guess the higher latitude of Ireland justifies the earliuer switch backl to standard time.
