Walking through the nearby park with The Hound chasing a myriad of scents, I could not help but notice the sycamore helicopters on the ground. The wind had been blowing strong, the ground wet and these fallen winged seeds all seemed to have a touch of pink about them. This got my head scratching, “Had I ever come across this before?” Well not that I can remember, but then I am sure that there is much in this world that we simply overlook.
So here is a touch of pink.
Wrinkled and blurred a Spinner falls away in wind’s breath .
Lovely photo MM .

Wonderful photo…when I was young we used to split them apart…. when they were green off the tree… and stick them on our noses…not sure if children do that anymore!

Now I don’t remember doing that one. Hopefully the memories I brought back were good ones. 😃
