Falling Light

For the last couple of days I have been plugging the archives as I need to be doing a bit more work on getting a new career up and running. On this 2003 trip to the Dingle Peninsula, I was out at Castlegregory on the most northerly part of the peninsula. Β The sun fell towards Mount Brandon and the other hills to the western end of the peninsula.

As the sun slipped behind a cloud, its rays burst through like spotlights and the full glare was absorbed by the cloud. Such a stunning scene, I just had to try and get a shot on my old Fujifinepix.

  1. It’s a gorgeous shot Mick. I am using the same camera, and it’s been great, although I have my eyes on an Olympus ………

  2. Gorgeous! I think it is even more stunning because of the black and white.
I hope your new career involves your talent for photography!

Love to hear what you think
