Nice to have you back! I’m looking for a beautiful photo of blackberries to go with Seamus Heaney’s poem, ‘Blackberry Picking’ – I can’t think of anyone but you for that commission. 😉

Safia, I was just noticing that round the corner the blackberries are ripening well and some are black, but not full enough for a good picture. Will be up at the plot at the weekend and hope to snare something then. Am honoured and will endeavour to do my best. Thanks for thinking of me. MM 🍇

No, not here. Did a bit of swimming with them and a couple did come ashore but no laying or hatching. Did however, get to see this off Borneo. MM 😃
