I have been lucky enough to have been deemed a suitable recipient of a nomination for “The Inner Peace Award”. I discovered this on returning from holiday and saw the title “Promoting Peace throughout the Blogosphere” and that kind of rang a chord. I hoped that I would be striking just this in my own blog, albeit indirectly. So I have gladly accepted this kind nomination, kindly bestowed upon me by Brigid Jackson who has the wonderful blog “Ariston Organic“.
In looking closer I note the actual award is the ‘Inner Peace Award’ which is already nestled in the award’s cabinet. What do I do? It seems churlish to fling back such a kind gesture and I hope that this offering merely serves to underline the appropriateness of the award for myself. So once more thank you Brigid.
Now in accepting this award I am required to:
1. Display the award certificate on my website.
2. Announce the win with a post and include a link to whoever presented your award.
3. Present 7 awards to deserving bloggers. Create a post linking to them and drop them a comment to tip them off.
This last part really presents a challenge – selecting just seven from a long list of deserving recipients. So please bear no grudges if your name is not included. In no particular order, my nominations go to:
