Well we do have loads of rhubarb so I have been looking to see how to use these red stalks while they are fresh from the garden. A simple recipe, just requiring butter, flour, sugar and rhubarb. So it’s really simple and tastes good and the picture below proves that even I can put this together and get a tasty dessert.

This simple recipe can be found at Rhubarb Pie Recipe.
Lovely styling.

Hi MM,
It’s cloudy, misty and overcast here on Sherkin today. Hopefully it will pick up tomorrow.

Aha, it is not humid where you are?
It is usually 80-90% most summer days here, in the dead of winter, it drops to the 40-50%.
When I lived in California, if it went over 10-20% people freaked~

No, humidity very low – thanks to prevailing south westerlies. MM

Can’t seem to grow these in Florida??
This was my favorite pie that my gramma used to make.
Yummmmm, mixed with strawberries.
I can still smell it~

Too hot and humid is my guess. For me rhubarb goes well with strawberries and even better with orange. Thanks for commenting, MM 🍓
