A short walk from Cork city centre, the Lough is an oasis for ducks, geese, swans and humans alike.
The Lough is a large pond or a small lake, depending upon your viewpoint and attracts waterfowl all year round, as well as flocks of pigeons. With plenty of park benches, a playground and pub on its corner, it’s also a popular place to while away a bit of time for the human population too.
I trust you have enjoyed your trip to The Lough, Cork City, Ireland.

They were very comical and very busy, a joy to watch. Love the stubby wings at that age. Glad you enjoyed Anne, John 🍀
