These trees stand on the southern edge of the park where The Hound likes to run around free with his canine friends. However, it is not just the Hound that can enjoy himself here, as just to the right of this image lies the soccer pitch. Amongst the leaves, large fungi can be found by the nature enthusiast, as noted in the post Fungi Parade in the Quarry. Something for all.

It’s quite incredible how many photographs I have been able to take for this blog on the doorstep of my own home.
I wish I could take photos like that. I normally am missing the head or the body… or the earth… sigh. =\
