A couple of images here, again taken in a North Cork bog. The tree stands on the bank of the main river and is swathed in luxurious moss. It is as if each of its branches are being insulated from the cold wind that now blows across this bleak landscape.

The advantage with winter light is it tends to stay low in the sky and is not as burning. Thanks once more for commenting, as it is appreciated – I know it takes time! π
