Taking a short walk on the south channel of the River Lee, there was plenty to see from the footbridge that provides a crossing point by the Cork School of Commerce right to St Finbarr’s Cathedral. I have already included four posts from this short walk (‘Abandoned‘, ‘Round the Back’, ‘Cork Blues‘ and ‘Changing the View II‘) and here I provide three Black & White photos taken in the morning.
The last picture I have entitled “The Third Rail” as when I first looked at it quickly I thought there were three rails as opposed to the two that I distinctly remembered.

Beautiful pictures!!

Thats amazing perspective and angles you caught in the first shot of the bridge

I had to be pretty low for the shot in order to try and make it more interesting. Glad you liked it, MM 😀

It certainly paid off…isnt it funny the angles and poses we end up in ourselves while trying to catch a good shot 🙂

Comical I would say. At least I didn’t get my kit drowned in salt water by a huge wave like one blogger on here recounted. 😃
