Kerry Water

Kerry Water

Torc Waterfall is well known just outside Killarney. However, climb further but not far and you will lose the crowds and come upon scenes like this – without people. If you are a bit fitter why not climb up Torc Hill, which is tiny compared to the nearby MacGillicuddy’s Reeks but allows for glorious views over Killarney and its lakes.

    1. No worries, the important thing is to like the piccie and share your experience. Never been glamping, just the basic stuff. Trust you had a good time, Killarney is a great centre, even with all the tourist coaches. MM

    1. Glad you like it as it wasn’t easy to get right on the basis of having a dog to keep an eye on and a friend to entertain. Hope to put up a photo of Torc Waterfall itself, though I prefer the peace of this shot. Thanks for the comment.
