For this coastal outing I just packed the bridge camera as I had visitors. Having a picnic at a promontory one was dazzled by the abundance of wild flora all around us – even the crags in the rocks burst with life, including this specimen which simply grabbed my attention.

If we take time to stop, look and listen we can amaze ourselves by the hidden gems all around us.
