  1. That’s a beautiful picture, but then, I’m biased. I love geese! The best watchdogs ever created, and our protectors many times, I think, in our earlier smallholding days. Now, I am simply entertained by their strutting self-importance. Self- anointed prince of birds!

    1. Cheers Frederick, I hear they make phenomenal guards but not really seen it in action. My Hound is great at alerting, but he’s too soft to really make the grade – his bark is foreboding mind. Enjoy the weekend, John
