This Striped Mongoose was foraging around one of the campsites in Etosha National Park, Namibia. I had seen it making its way along a channel and saw the beams of light coming through the trees. I waited and waited for the animal to gradually make its way into the spotlight and was rewarded with this shot when finally it stepped into the light.

Well captured !
Thanks Cath. MM 👍
Great shot, MM.
Just shows how patience wins the shot every time.
He may have changed course and avoided my lens altogether, but this time was amply rewarded. Just love it when it comes together. MM 📷
