In the north western corner of Spain lies Galicia, a region of Spain that is oft referred to as a hotter version of Ireland. It has wonderful coves, fine sandy beaches, warm welcomes and sumptuous food (particularly if you like seafood). The gem of a city Santiago de Compostela lies in the heart of the region too. A notable sight in the countryside are the Horreos, used to store food and grain out of the reach of rats.

These look almost like they belong in a cemetery. Never saw this before; thank you.
