Nice balanced arrangement MM.
Not sure about the black background though, seems to make the food hang in mid-air a bit. I suppose being a class, you had to follow some sort of guidelines though.

The whole arrangement was done on black card which went up behind the arrangement. That was my choice. For me I got the effects on the herbs that I was looking for. MM
