I am trying to get away from all the misery of the recent wet, grey, miserable weather and so dug into some photos taken last summer on a trip to Donegal. Remember Donegal Dawg?
Well this image was taken in the same area, but the Hound was otherwise occupied. The boardwalk is to be found in the stunning Ards Forest Park, a little north of Letterkenny. The board walk runs above the beach and through the dunes and is easily found from the main car park.
Seeing a bit of brighter weather makes one feel a whole lot better, even if it is just by way of a photograph.
