Looking out onto the front garden, the sun was lighting up the tulips, heightening further their crimson lips. So out came the camera.
I am not normally a fan of selective colour, preferring a straight black & white or a colour. However, for these shots I thought it might have a decent effect.

There is a time and a place for selective colour. This would be one of them! All beautiful shots, John. Mine are still in the barely-there stage! The leaves are making their appearance but no buds per se yet!

I do like them all John but the selective colour works very well here. How’s that for sitting on the fence:)
