It was with great delight that I attended the Light it up Blue Ball as its official photographer. The event was a roaring success, attended by major politicians (including the Minister of State for Primary Care, Mental Health and Disability), a leading Cork DJ, a well known sports commentator and many, many more. Of course the real stars of the show were those that made all of this happen, those working for the Cork Association for Autism. Here are a few images from that night.
To see a full set of these images just visit my Flickr site (which I have to confess I rarely use). Once more well done to the CAA who also have a well used Facebook Page.
How wonderful to be a “official photographer”! Congrats!
But a thought came to my mind – how many of all the people visiting this event were actually autistic?

My eye was firmly planted behind the camera, so I am hidden in the depths 😀
