A very quick post this morning from the previous weekend up at the bog. The Hound is now spending a lot of time following all the wonderful, to him anyway, scent trails around the bog. This time the scent trail led past a gate and into a group of dark conifers beyond. Stopping in flood waters, The Hound is curious but seems unsure whether it would be safe to enter the darkness of the conifers.
Showing his less macho side (he did growl at a Rottweiler the other day) he decided to turn around and leave that particular trail undisturbed.
